RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, merchandise returned to ZEG Designs will be eligible for exchange or store credit within seven days after you receive it. We will not honor a return for items that are: damaged or not in the original condition. By purchasing an item from our website, you agree that you have read and agreed with our return policy.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. Purchases will only be shipped to the buyers’ when a credit card and billing address is confirmed and verified. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Oversized packages are shipped with USPS Parcel Post. Shipping cost may vary based on weight.
***IMPORTANT: For all international deliveries a base shipping charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Transit days to the recipient will vary depending on the country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
If you purchase an item that is already sold out, we will notify you via email and refund your payment promptly. Please know that ZEG Designs can get several orders for the same item, especially a new "popular" item that has just been added to the site. Because we provide custom designs, we may only have one of some items.
